The poor and the needy seek water, and it is not found; their tongues are parched from thirst. I, the Lord, will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. 18 I will make rivers on the heights of clear light, and springs in the valleys; I will make the deserts pools of water, and the dry land into springs.
