基督教華福教會前身是香港基督教中福教會，搬到英國改名為基督教中福教會，由鄔小鶴牧師創立。基督教中福教會也是鄔小鶴牧師創立，在香港註冊為慈善團體。基督教華福教會和該教會的前是都是一間以宣教為主的教會。

The Christian Evangelical Church of Chinese Ministry was formerly known as the Hong Kong Christian Church of Chinese Ministry . It moved to the UK and changed its name to the Christian Evangelical Church of Chinese Ministry . It was founded by Rev. Philip Woo. The Christian Church of Chinese Ministry was also founded by Rev. Philip Woo and registered as a charity in Hong Kong.

The Christian Evangelical Church of Chinese Ministry and it mission and set up for the Ministry is a Missionary Church.
